One of the six little libraries auctioned by the Friends of Springfield Town Library has been erected at 51 Pearl Street in Springfield. The little library was built by Springfield Vermont Rotarian Rod Arnold, designed by Springfield local artist Corey Mitchell, and purchased by Pearl Street Creative Studio founder Casimir Krupinsky.

Springfield Rotary created this project as a way of supporting FOSTL and furthering its goal of increasing literacy in the community. The auction raised close to $2800 for FOSTL. The Little Library is stocked with books for exchange by the public.
