The Springfield Vermont Rotary Club has donated the 4 flower boxes that are hanging on the Desert Storm Veterans Bridge near the Senior Center.
The project is in memory of Sandy MacGillivray, the late wife of Rotarian Peter MacGillivray, who originated the flower box project on the bridge. Photo: Springfield Vermont Rotary Club President Karen Longo helped put plants in the new flower boxes.
