Over 60 members of the Springfield Vermont Rotary Club, Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, and guests attended the Annual Governor’s Luncheon at the River Valley Technical Center on March 12, 2024 to hear Governor Phil Scott's vision for Vermont.
