PROGRAM:

Suellen Slater, treasurer of the Chester-Andover Family Center, presented her organization. The Chester-Andover Family Center began as the Fred Pope Family Center in 1985 as a part of the Springfield Family Center. In November 2012, the Family Center moved to its current location at 908 Route 103 S. Through its food shelf, the Center helps about 100 families in Chester and Andover.  It offers financial assistance to about 50-70 Chester and Andover residents. Half of its income comes from its Thrift Store. On Nov. 9th, the Center will be holding its 6th Annual Empty Bowl Fundraiser.  For more information about this incredible non-profit, click here.

This bulletin attempts to give a gist of the meeting.  However, it is always better to attend.  If you have any complaints about the contents of this bulletin...
