Jeff and his alma mater, UD, celebrated Groundhog Day at 4 am via ZOOM and ended Groundhog Day at Harpoon with other local town managers; unclear if they saw their shadows!
Marty is now a 2nd time grandpa! His daughter gave birth to a healthy little girl, Sadie. Her 2 ½ yr. old sister, Talia, is thrilled to be a big sister.
Christian flew to FL this past weekend and ran a half marathon – not his best time but had a good time.
Peter is back from FL and glad to be home.
PRESENTATION:
District Governor John Bob Siemienowicz
John Bob spoke to our large group of members about his vision and the future of Rotary. He’s very positive and hopeful that the momentum is rolling. Many clubs are holding their own and the district has added 50 new members to date. There are 1850 members in our district. John Bob is working closely with DG Elect Randell Barclay. They have created a training program for onboarding presidents as well as their board members. On March 29th they will hold this training at DHMC in Lebanon. John Bob is thankful for all the members that have shown him grace. He’s asking us to think about the barriers we may have and check them. Live the motto: “Serve to Change Lives”
