Oct. 22 7:30 am meet at Youngs to pick up and transport prizes to the middle school gym
8:00 am unload and set up prizes on bleachers
Bob will verify when the gym will be open
Decker Tent rental will drop off 200 rented chairs to be set up
Front door table needs 3 people to sell tickets
Series ticket sellers needed
4:30 everyone to the gym; doors open to the public at 5pm. It's our largest FUND RAISER

Randell Barclay shared his thoughts on Imagine Rotary.
How is our presentation to outside world and who wants to join rotary?
He spoke about imagining what rotary is to all the club members, as well as what it is to communities and the world around us. Imagine a different future for rotary, expect change. We are bottom-up organization, to make a change start from club level and grow. Rotary action groups align with 7 focus areas we are available to join that would connect rotary clubs all around the world. Rotary fellowships: 50 to 100. Anyone can join to connect with other members. Induction process of fireside chats need to explain why people want to join rotary/why did they join rotary. We need to be self-reflective, market rotary about ourselves individually what are our passions to be in rotary Tools such as rotary institute to learn more about rotary and how it functions, look on
