Marty motioned to accept Jan 2023 minutes, Jim 2nd, approved.
Carol will negotiate rental fee at Nolan Murray through April, 2023.
Marty requests we accept the contract and charge members $5.00 meeting fee.
Sue motioned to approve financials, Jim 2nd, approved.
March 7th will be induction of new members: Bob Adcock, Taylor Drinker, Brandon Gulnick, Mike Schmitt and Cheyenne Williams.
Marty will pursue with RI about scholarships for students of Rotarians.
Debra Cox will be President-Elect for 2024-25
Carol Cole will end her term 6/30/23
Ed McQuade will serve through 2024 as treasurer.
New members need to be added to committees.
Feb. 7th Town Treasurer report
Feb. 17th Rotary Reads at Union Street
Environment committee to place TREX recycling box at town library; working with auto dealerships and Shaws.
Socials are not attended well, drop back to quarterly socials at CPCC. May 31st to start.
